To make it simple for you, we charge a flat shipping rate of US$14 only and offer free shipping for any order above US$280! All products will be dispatched with the next working day (Monday to Friday) following a confirmed order. Delivery time vary with the destination.

RETURN POLICY

At Ipa-Nima we want you to be happy with the purchase. Defective merchandise can be exchanged for the same item within seven days of receiving the shipment. Please contact info@ipa-nima-boutique.com immediately with your name, order number and email.

Merchandise can be returned for a store credit of the purchase amount, excluding shipping and handling. Before returning any merchandise, please contact one of our customer service representatives at info@ipa-nima-boutique.com within seven days of receiving your shipment. You will need to know your original order number. You will receive an electronic Return Authorization slip and the address where you can ship the return.

Important:  please do not send your purchase to our warehouse address on the shipping label! Merchandise returned without the proper Return Authorization slip will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. There are no exceptions to our return policy. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all tags affixed and in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item that does not meet these requirements.

Fabric handbag

Each fabric used in the design of Ipa-Nima handbags is carefully selected for its color, texture, durability, and beauty. Please treat with care to extend the life of your bag. We recommend warm water and mild soap on a clean cloth for removing most common stains. Please be certain to thoroughly test an inconspicuous area prior to actual stain removal to avoid uncontrollable variations in material reaction. Evening bags should be treated with extra special care as delicate fabrics should only be cleaned by dry cleaning specialists.

Leather care

The leather used in the design of Ipa-Nima handbags is specially chosen from selected tanneries. Most leathers have been treated and are water and scratch resistant. Should your handbag become wet, wipe gently with a dry cloth. For regular cleaning, a damp cloth and mild leather cream may be used.
